Creating an EC2 instance

1. Click Create Instance
2. Select a Windows Server 2019 Base
3. Select t2.xlarge
4. If Visual Studio, increase disk space to at least 60G
5. Select IAM Quick Setup for something
6. Launch; don't supply a key
7. After it launches, Connect to the console and run net user Administrator * to set password
8. Connect with RDP
9. Open PowerShell (RClick on the Start Button and select Run PowerShell as Administrator or WIN-X, A)
10. Run the script
