Feature Request: Deep Link for Setting Custom DoH URL

Please add a simple deep link scheme to let end users set a custom DoH URL directly from external apps or links. For example, a URL like:

```
intra://set-doh?url=https://example.doh.url/dns-query
```

could configure and enable a specific DNS-over-HTTPS server with one tap, without navigating the full app UI.
This makes it practical for users to share/test custom DoH providers
