Teal formatting support

Support for teal, which is a strongly-typed dialect of lua, would be great!

Yeah probably best. Unfortunately bandwidth is low these days to update / review full-moon changes, so not sure when it will happen. But it would be nice to support teal

I do have some fairly decent experience with Rust, lua and teal. If you could point me to some resources I wouldn't mind giving it a shot myself.
