Remove hardcoded values from `ThermalDiffusionLithiumDensity` and ` InactiveLayerChargeDriftModel`

Could we please move the hardcoded values in ThermalDiffusionLithiumDensity and InactiveLayerChargeDriftModel (for example in _calculate_mobility_with_impurities) to new example config files?

I think there's not a particular reason for this to be hardcoded, but @zpdg can probably answer this better than me since he implemented it this way

Yes, we can move these values to config files, just like the ADL setup. These values are either from experimental measurements or derived from physical constants, as detailed in the new DL simulation paper (arXiv: 2511.02513).
