Add example/test for pulse parametrization #35
Description
With the changes in JuliaQuantumControl/QuantumControlBase.jl#46 and JuliaQuantumControl/Krotov.jl#21, pulse parametrization in GRAPE should work out of the box. The example from Krotov can be ported to GRAPE.
