Timeout when sending RPC command to shellyWiFiSetupCluster

What happened?

I am unable to enable/disable Wi-FI on all Shelly Gen4 modules added via Z2M. Refreshing the Wi-Fi status also results in a timeout. The modules are all running firmware 1.7.1.

@dan-danache Did you run into this when implementing this feature?

It’s happened to me too, though not very often. I always assumed I was just being impatient and overwhelming the device or mesh with too many messages.

As a precaution, I always toggle the relay state before applying the Wi-Fi config. This helps confirm that Zigbee messages are reaching the device (so the mesh is working), and it also “primes” the Zigbee route between the controller and the device.

Toggling the switch "to wake the device" doesn't seem to really do anything here. Other toggles such as the state of the same Shelly switch in Z2M seem to work just fine.
