中文显示和字体效果 #81
Description
1.包含在 <replaceable></replaceable>、<computeroutput></computeroutput> 中的中文无法正常显示。
2.包含在 <emphasis></emphasis> 的字体效果和普通的效果一样。（这条如果 issue #53 能解决的话,合并过去。）
