Classification of Ngaro, VIPER, Maverick, Crypton

I have looked at the code of DeepTE, and it seems that DeepTE could not classify the four superfamilies of Ngaro, VIPER, Maverick, and Crypton. Is it because these four superfamilies are missing from the Repbase database?
