google links to models lead to 404 error

The google links provided in the main page lead to a 404 error and, when running DeepTE with -m argument, the same 404 error occurs. The cyverse links no longer work as of today, 5/7/2025, though I was able to use the cyverse link to download the metazoan files earlier this week.

Could be that Cyverse is down? I have not used that link for a while. My group currently does not have funding to work on this project. You can contact the first author, Haidong Yan, who is now an assistant professor at Sichuan Ag University. He might still have a copy of the models. Song

Thanks, I'll try contacting Haidong. I was hoping to redownload the models since I'm getting an error that, even though the files exist in the argued directory and are correctly named, they are not found. I also do not see that issue reported anywhere so I'm wading through the weeds.

EDIT: Always load the correct python environment and DeepTE will have no problem finding files.

I've updated the Google Drive links so you can now download all the models. The CyVerse does not work a couple of months.

Hey,

I was trying to download a pre build model from the google drive and it was saying that the url does not exist. Has this url been updated? I then tried the cyverse link and could download it.

Could you clarify which link I should use, and if its the google link could you update it.
