Look for gaps in sequence by filename and notify #51
Description
Per discussion with Kate, we will display when a sequence gap is found we will display a red exclamation point on the column with the sequence gap. Additionally, we will add an option to export a “Gap Analysis Report” from the “Report” drop down menu that will point to all the specific gaps. The red explanation will have a hover alerts users to the sequence game and points them to the report for specific violations.
We developed this in the CLI build but not in the GUI.
