Add QC metrics generated by Monorail / recount3 #106
Description
Monorail, which is the processing software used to generate the data distributed by recount3, generates several quality control fields absent in SPEAQeasy. To the extent possible and without reinventing the wheel as much, we should make an effort to incorporate as many of these metrics in SPEAQeasy. We will proritize metrics for which we have already generated the data, such as metrics derived from featureCounts.
