Device powers back on after shutdown

When powering off, save state is created as normal but the device will sometimes power back on. Seems to happen at random though I have experienced repeated instances in a row.

This sounds like it could be an SD card issue.

It has happened on multiple devices using different sd cards.

I’ve also started experiencing this over the last month or two.
