Refresh the code

[Luni-4]

• Update the code to latest Rust version (clippy lints, rustfmt lints)
• Define an internal error which will be propagated to the caller instead of unwrap
• Reduce allocations
• Reduce recursive code using stack
• no_std support
• Update cli code

Each item should be tackled in a different PR.
