Better Job Monitoring

MAAP users need improved tools for managing and monitoring large numbers of DPS jobs. Feedback from the UWG community survey (raised by @ameliaholcomb) highlighted that it is currently difficult to manage and monitor bulk DPS jobs — users specifically requested stage/pipeline grouping, better bulk management UI, and improved monitoring capabilities. Emerging work in this area is being explored (CC @sujen1412).

Features proposed:

• Provide a dashboard or UI view for monitoring job status at scale (grouping by stage/pipeline)
• Support bulk job management operations (cancel, retry, filter)
• Improve visibility into job progress, errors, and resource usage
