Fix tech bowl quiz game input

The input currently for the tech bowl quiz game is unforgiving. Add an exception so slight misspellings, answering stuff in parentheses, and getting important words* are allowed.

\* Suppose the answer is `Gibb's free energy`. Answering `gibb` should be fine but free energy not so.

This will probably mean having to add another column to the trivia questions to specify alternative answers.
