Loosen scalar source (size, opacity) dataset restrictions

Currently, the scalar source dataset picker action filter is invalid when datasets are added and removed. It however does not take into account data changes. As a result, due to an equal point count restriction, some point datasets are not listed (their data is populated after being added).
