Theme system ideas

While it's been in the plans for a while, a true theme system has yet to be implemented, so here's a discussion for ideas on a theme system for Fermi. Right now a lot of these are plans for plans so this is to form that.
Right now here's what I have in mind:

• The theme system will be separate from the extention system, though I do plan to let extensions have themes if they so want to.
• The theme system will be able to have CSS included for themes, along with this they may define CSS variables the user can set to interact with the theme and customize it, along with the menus it should include
• Icons can be bundled
• This will be its own file format, but you do not need to worry about this yourself, this is just an implementation detail

I'd like to submit the theme settings panel of a website I freaking love using called cyberspace.online, not Fermi/Spacebar nor Discord but very much its own thing with its own vibe (and a great community might I add) and it has great features that have been implemented by the dev running it

"copy theme" send parameters to clipboard that can be pasted as plain text and shared at will so others can copy it and use the paste button to import those settings from someone else like so :

Futher ideas I got from this website is adding a drop down menu to let users pick different icon libraries, such as Lucide, Lucide lab & Phospor to change the client icons like the pinned message icon, the members list icon, mute icon, so on and so forth
