feat: implement s3 batch job that removes a users leaderboard history #1
Description
Even with explicit leaderboard recording consent, a user might request deletion of all personal data:

Currently, this must be done via script, but the idea is to emit a s3 batch job that executes a lambda function for each object in the bucket that deletes the users information (would allow the system to remove ALL user related data automatically).
