There is an issue in namespace generation when the project name contains one of the psr4 namespace.

"psr-4": {
   "App\\": "app/",
   "BackOffice\\": "Modules/BackOffice/"
}

Even though the correct namespace is App\Http\Middleware the extension generate it as App
