Transifex support for MM Server, it is possible?

Hi, I noticed a while back that MM Server is only available in English. I was wondering if I could integrate Transifex to enable translations into other languages. I see that the mobile app already has this implemented. Is there any specific issue with the server side in this regard? Or perhaps you already have plans to do this?
