The current IRC implementation needs to be enhanced to support multiple users concurrently.

Key areas of focus include:
Concurrency Handling, Channel Management, Tree Topology, Command Set Expansion.

• Also ensure compatibility with existing environment setups for Windows (WSL), MacOS, and Linux.

• Update documentation to reflect the new features and usage guidelines.
