This repo was initially created because MorphoSource needed a version of Fiji that could not be downloaded directly, but needed to be obtained through upgrading an earlier version of Fiji, and therefore this repo was created to host an upgraded version of Fiji. This issue has been fixed now, and MorphoSource is able to pull Fiji directly from the official file repository. As of 5/17/2023, MorphoSource uses Fiji 2.11.0. Now this repo is used for support scripts used with Fiji.
