multi bungeecord setup breaks /msg and /gc

Does not work with multi bungeecord setup.

How come a multi bungeecord breaks /msg and /gc, but not /ac for some reason?
How do you set this up? I can't find anything about it in the wiki.

Can you please point me in the right direction or fix this bug asap??
