[Feature]: Include graphs in dashboard

It would be nice to have the option to include a graph of a service/host into a dashboard (like it's possible with the grafana module).

Hi,

currently there is not dedicated page/controller to view graphs, so at the moment you would have to include the service/host page in a dashboard.

But, we could provide a dedicated page that only shows the graphs for a given service/host.

At the moment I'm evaluating how to best handle rendering when a service has a lot of timeseries. Since that would also impact how graphs on a dashboard page are rendered, I might want to take care of that first.

I think what we can do is render only three (magic number) charts by default unless include/exclude is set, then these are rendered.

When there are more charts then a "Show All" link is added, which will load a new page will all charts for the selected host/service. This page can then also be used in a dashboard, which is an additional benefit.
