integrate SIWE to authenticate ownerrs

• integrate nextauth / SIWE
• manage in OwnerAuthProvider and useOwnerAuth hook
• expose hook for nav to render "connect as owner" when connectedAccount.isPanelOwner changes (initial load or after minting)
