[Bug] Content pack not showing and content pack description not rendered correctly

Describe the bug

Doom content pack does not show after download in Community content packs
Sands of the past content pack renders with name {pck:Sands ofthe Past Content Pack} (SOTP) instead of normal name

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Click Select Content
2. Click Download Content
3. Download DOOM content pack.
4. Click Back.
5. Click Community content packs

Expected behavior

Doom content pack shows up.
Sands of the past content pack name is rendered correctly.
