Ipython Notebooks vs Jupyter Notebooks

In the text we often refer to Jupyter notebooks as Ipython notebooks. Thoughts on whether this should change?

I think we should standardize on Jupyter notebook everywhere. Part of the value of this course and content is that it up to date -- I think that extends to the nomenclature we use.
