spx.http_profiling_enabled has no effect

thank you for this excellent tool!

I am trying to incorporate it into my HTTP application that I run locally.
To simplify things, I want to avoid use of two-factor authentication (IP lists and the key).

According to documentation section: web request, I can achieve this by setting spx.http_profiling_enabled=1 in my ini file.
The expected behaviour is that all HTTP requests are going to be profiled, right?

However, it seems that this config entry does not have any effect.
According to this message you have introduced the spx.http_profiling_enabled entry exactly for this purpose in MR#138.

Could this be the case? If so, would it be possible to fix?

Don't you see any profile in the web UI ?
Can you try with spx.debug=1 in INI config ? This setting will add a debug header named SPX-Debug-Profiling-Triggered in every HTTP request's response which will have 1 as value if the HTTP request has been profiled.
