This coming September will mark nine years since the initial OCFL proposal was written. As we approach this milestone, we've noticed that our current meeting schedule isn't quite in sync with the community's rhythm anymore. Attendance has decreased, and we've realized that a calendar full of dates—many of which end up being canceled or unattended—doesn't serve anyone well.

We believe our community is better served by healthy engagement that prioritizes meaningful, high-quality participation over mere habit. To ensure our future meetings truly meet your needs and provide a reliable platform for your voice, we invite you to share your input on the formats and frequencies that work best for you to engage.

To that end, we've created this GitHub ticket for anyone to comment on to provide feedback on engagement; alternatively, feel free to reach out to an Editorial Board Member directly. Each of us has been tagged below:
