Issues and fixes need prioritising into projects

Some issues/changes relate to plain bug fixes. These should be labelled 1.0.1.

Some issues relate to enhanced functionality, such as bicolour symbols. These could be V1.1 is fully backward compatible.

Other issues are for changes that are not backwards compatible, hence V2.0.

@tomkralidis I will start the process.

I have just realized that this repo is at version 0.5, so the labels and content will need editing when we have agreed which functionality is mapped to which version - V0.5.1, V0.6, ... v0.9, V1.0, etc
