Find .JS library or Online Tool for Bubble Charts

Except from D3, I can't find any library or tool to create a bubble chart like the one in our photo.

In the end, if we don't find a solution we can add a simple table of Top10 mentioned users instead, in order to get the MVP. And afterwards we can add this.

Update: I will remove the bubble chart until we find a solution

Update: bubble chart is added, but is only a static image. Issue remains.
