Pull request link-checker automation should check pull request not main #145

Describe what change you would like :
at present the pull request link checker insists on checking the published links, not the fixed up links in the pull request. This is confusing during the pull request process
It would be good to change the pull request link checker to scan the PR contents rather than the published contents
This was noticed by @sydseter in pull request #144
