list-usb-cameras returns incorrect output when no cameras available

When there are no USB cameras connected to the Pi, the output of `list-usb-cameras` is

```
$ list-usb-cameras
Available USB camera devices:
  /dev/v4l/by-id/usb-*-video-index0
```
Which makes it look like there is a camera connected, but there isn't.
