Save peak integrator as template and apply to other files

Hello, I am new to OpenChrome and I would really appreciate your help.
I am working with GC data (.gcd), I have many to analyse, therefore I would like to automate my integration. I have manually defined the peaks and integrate them. Now I would like to save the defined coordinates as a "peak integrator template" in order to automatically apply it to new files. How can I do it? How to save the template and reopen it on new files?

@Lucwind30 You can either use the "Data Analysis" chromatogram batch job and run the Template Peak Detector or the Power Tools to run a batch process visually.

Thank you very much! I used the first option that you propose, but still encounter an issue. When I am in the "batch process" where can I define the output format and location?

Thank you! It helped me understanding how the process function on OpenChrome works, but I do not think what you propose, is exactly what I need.
Ideally the steps that I would like are:
1- the chromatogram is analysed with the peak detector template (where I defined the retention times I am interested in)
2- The detected peaks are integrated (with a defined template)
3- the integration file is saved as a .csv file in a specified folder, so that I can have a look at the area.

So far I made this process, but still, when I execute, I do not see any file saved in the folder I specified.

How many chromatograms did you add on the left side of the batch process? Did the Feedback tab indicate any errors loading the chromatograms? If you run the processing steps manually, does it result in any peak getting detected?

I added 6 chromatograms to start with, but even one does not work. The feedback tab indicates "CSV Peak export can only export MSD data". If I run the steps manually (detection and integration) yes, I get peaks detected and integrated. I could not find the peak export option when running manually.

Look at the type. You are detecting peaks as CSD (OpenChrom term for GC-FID and other current selective detectors) but you try to report as MSD. The CSV Peak Export should also work for GC-FID though. Please create a new batch process and set the detector type

then you cannot select an incompatible processing step.

Done it! The CSV peak export only works with MSD. If I try to create a new process in "CSD mode" it does not give me the option of peak export anymore. However I found another way with the category "Chromatogram reports" and process "Chromatogram Peak Report (*.csv)". Thank you very much fro your help!

Running my data, I encountered another issue with the integration. As shown in the screenshot, my chromatogram has negative intensity values. I need the area of the peak at 15 min, and when I integrate, it does not consider the area below zero. I tried o change the baseline but I could not move it and when I am in Peak detector mode, it doe snot even allow me to see the chromatogram below zero. Any suggestions?

Try right-click Chromatogram Filter → ZeroSet.
