Policies (PDP): Input fields extremely slow to respond to keyboard inputs

In the policy screens, inputting data for e.g. attributes are extremely slow to respond. This applies to attributes the policy applies to, the description and the revision notes. Type a few words and notice the cursor has a hard time catching up.

The input fields for SP's and IdP's seem to be OK.

Affected manage versions 9.4.0 and 9.5.0
Not affected: 9.3.0

Note: the issue does not show up when the number of entities is low (e.g. dev, test2)
