What is the configuration environment of this model? #3

May I ask in what environment this network was trained? Is it ubuntu or windows? What are the python version and the pytorch version? Because I found that the requirement.txt mentioned in the readme actually doesn't exist. Did I forget to upload it? Hope to receive your help
