New End of Support dates for Java 8

Update to the Java SE support page

Please update the release version for Java SE version, row for '8' by replacing the current value '26.0.0.10' with the new value '29.0.0.1'

This is very high priority and needs to be published by 1st October.

Additional Context

please see below the details around the new Liberty Java 8 End of Support dates.

The new date for Liberty Java 8 End of Support will be communicated as ‘December 2030’
The final non-LTS release of Liberty to support Java 8 will become 29.0.0.1 (currently 26.0.0.10)
Customers get 2 years of iFixes under the Liberty SSCD, effectively bringing them up to our December 2030 date
Please note that I will submit requests for the Removal Notice with IBM also

From an internal conversation, please consider including the following information or a separate article to make our marketing/sales team's customer communication easier.

• Open source link (Adoptium or OpenJDK) where this extention is triggered from.
• The example scenario when the customer installed Liberty 29.0.0.2 with Java 8, how long the system gets support.
• Clarification whether customers will get full support or any support constraints from 29.0.0.2 until the end of support day
• Information whether Liberty's support for the Z Java Platform will be similarly extended or not.

The request here is incorrect. We should be documenting 29.0.0.1 as removing Java 8 support, not 29.0.0.2.
