Email to problem authors to request input

We want to send emails to problem authors listed in the issues in the hope that they might fill out the google form.

Proposed text below. Remaining tasks:

• Look at the draft text and improve
• Figure out a way to identify author emails and ideally send out a lot of these emails in a batch (but with personalisation, i.e. name + paper title).
