Should pre-compilation be forced at the end of create_sys_image?

Usually I run create_sys_image when the source code or dependencies have been changed significantly in git.

Should we always force pre-compilation at the end of create_sys_image by deleting the compiled code?

If you mean deleting all old precompiled files, I don't think so. What we could do is:

using Pkg
Pkg.precompile()

Just to make sure anything that isn't compiled yet will be compiled. But this should also happen automatically when running using KiteModels.
