I ran into this when trying to use newer version of PyTorch than the directions listed. If you're using Anaconda, you will need to change a line in the degradations.py file. By default, that will be at /home/USERNAME/anaconda3/envs/sadtalker/lib/python3.X/site-packages/basicsr/data/degradations.py where "USERNAME" is your linux user, and where "python3.X" is your python version (I'm using python3.10 currently).
