Can I use it to cross compile boost for ARM ?

I have cross compiled the Raspberry pi toolcahin on my Ubuntu 18.04 AMD64 using https://github.com/Pro/raspi-toolchain  and now want to cross compile boost libraries.
This is where the gcc has been cross compiled:

/opt/cross-pi-gcc$ ls
arm-linux-gnueabihf  bin  include  lib  libexec  share

```
