Add logo data

Currently we have 400x400 images scraped from twitter as our logo images. Getting the proper logos into the repository would be a big enhancement. Preferably accessible in a standardized manner reachable by API, both access to vector and some standardized .png sizes
e.g. /logo/ppse.svg
/logo/ppse-400x.png
/logo/ppse-200x.png etc.

Would require the collection of the .svg file for each Pirate Party and processing this into the chosen standardized sizes.

I would love to replace it with a proper set of images. If they are collected I can add it. But please don't commit them, send them to me and I'll include them (I don't want the repo to grow to much).

Waiting for him to structure them up and hopefully make them accessible in the structure as suggested in the first post in this thread

A second phase for logos would be to find two alternative versions for each Pirate party. One square version and one banner version.

Errors:

• PPNO is an .eps file, pretty low quality one at that
• PPIL and PPGR are .ai files, which I can't open (don't have the software)

I can open .ai files in inkspace, but its not a proper import (the text is little distorted)

Not sure if this needs a new issue but the logos hosted on https://pp.3025-game.de/flags/ don't load for most people now as the SSL certificate is misconfigured. Just thought you would want this brought to your attention.
