Addition of calibration algorithm

Dear Plus Team,
I am a heavy user of your work, so first and foremost thank you!
I focused a bit of my research on integrating an ultrasound calibration algorithm that avoids optical trackers and only requires a phantom of unknown geometry.

I would like to know if there is some interest on adding this functionality to Plus. Obviously I would be ready to contribute with the full implementation if you are interested.
