Describe the Bug

After modifying the map board size via Map > Adjust Map Board, connected clients receive the new Offset Y value, but the Offset X value is set to zero. The size is not communicated at all.

To Reproduce

1. Open a new campaign.
2. Set a map image.
3. Connect a GM client, showing the same map.
4. On the original client, go to Map > Adjust Map Board. Set different values for Offset X, Offset Y, Horizontal Size and Vertical Size. Click Close, and see the map image is updated as requested.
5. On the connected client, see the map image get moved to the correct vertical position, but the left edge is at x=0 and the size has not changed. Verify this by opening Map > Adjust Map Board.

Expected Behaviour

Connected clients should receive both the x & y offset, and the horizontal and vertical sizes.
