I'm just trying to find a way to run this for the user of the machine that isn't an administrator.

Heya, you can do this by launching the script with the -User parameter followed by the username.

Example for a user named 'jack':

& ([scriptblock]::Create((irm "https://debloat.raphi.re/"))) -User jack
