Do Changes Persist After Reboot?

Was just wondering if this: & ([scriptblock]::Create((irm "https://debloat.raphi.re/"))) needs to be ran at every startup or if changes persist after reboots. Thank you for this by the way!

All changes persist after a reboot. I personally have not found any need to run it more than once on a system, but some people run it after every major Windows update, as Microsoft has a tendency to change settings back to default with updates.
