This is a false positive, only two AV suites detect it as a possible threat. Most likely they are being too eager. Nuitka is the Python compiler we use to compile these packages.

For what its worth, nobody is tampering with these binaries when they are being built. They are built directly from the source code of this repository, which you can review, in a GitHub-hosted runner through a workflow that is also reviewable in the same repository, using official untampered sources for everything, and they are uploaded directly to each release.
