Add support for Windows NFS client (ms-nfs41-client)

Add support for Windows NFS client (ms-nfs41-client). This is a Windows NFSv4.2 filesystem driver.

What we need is:

1. Mapping local uid+gid to NFS server uid+gid
2. Mapping accounts
3. Store and deploy configuration data in SSSD
