Account for under and overclocking power ratios in power output

I think the current power output is calculated using a linear power ratio. This is incorrect. Satisfactory uses a non-linear power ratio. The ratio was changed in update 7, but it is still nonlinear. Although, I think generators do use a linear power ratio.
