Bumping this, @MatthewJeffson Did you forget to commit these .pretty and the reusable .kicad_sym files? Looks like you made the footprints in this commit: 6ce762b |

Update, I was able to manually extract it by opening this as a project, editing the symbols and footprints in pcb edit and the schematic editor, and File > Save As + Adding it to the existing Seeed library. From the symbol properties in that project, it looks like Matthew updated the library but forgot to commit it with the new boards. |
